GINGER (CHINESE) ESSENTIAL OIL
Ginger is closely associated with confidence, positivity and peace. The oil promotes moving forward mentally and physically, giving you a sense of accountability, a commitment to your destination, and the power to bring about positive change.
JUNIPER BERRY ESSENTIAL OIL
Soft juniper berry can help to prevent emotional stagnation and free up constricted energy. It is also used to promote rest by treating stress and insomnia, encouraging the clarity and power that comes with being well-rested.
LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL
Lemon oil is beneficial for anxiety and promotes a sense of well-being. Its uplifting scent has a strong energetic influence and can help to keep us connected to ourselves and our surroundings.
USES
- Aromatherapy: Combine 5-7 drops of the oil with water and add to an oil burner. Alternatively, place 5-7 drops in a diffuser.
- Massage: Dilute 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil and massage into skin.
- Bath: Add 6-8 drops to warm bathwater.

Skincare: Add a couple of drops to a carrier oil or your chosen lotion.
